Warren’s

STORY

A multi‑lane leader with one mission:

building what lasts.

Who He Is

Warren G. Curry, Jr. is a husband, father of six, pastor, coach, consultant, Realtor, and public Government official— but above all, he is a builder. His life and leadership are organized around one central conviction: that everything worthwhile must be intentionally built.

The transformation

Before Warren ever built anything, it was his own life that first had to be rebuilt.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his life took a dramatic turn as a young man after being sentenced to a 42-month state prison sentence for cocaine possession and distribution. During that season of incarceration, he encountered Jesus Christ in a way that fundamentally transformed the trajectory of his life. What began as personal redemption eventually became a lifelong calling to help others rebuild, restore, and build intentionally.

The calling

After his release, Warren immersed himself in ministry, leadership development, business, and personal growth. Over the years, his leadership was shaped across multiple arenas including pastoral ministry, corporate management, financial services, entrepreneurship, real estate, consulting, and civic leadership.

From managing and leading teams within Fortune 500 environments, to building organizations, coaching leaders, serving businesses and families through financial planning, and planting a church from the ground up, each season strengthened his belief that strong lives, families, churches, businesses, and communities are never built by accident.

Today, Warren serves as the Lead Pastor of Life Changers Church in the Greater Cincinnati region, Founder and Principal Consultant of Architekton Consulting, President of LIFT Community Development Corporation, Vice-Chairman of Liberty Township, OH Board of Zoning Appeals, and as a state-licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Preferred Group.

One calling, many rooms

Whether preaching, coaching, consulting, developing leaders, serving in the community, or helping families build generational wealth through real estate, the mission stays the same: Build What Lasts.

Warren and his wife, Tiara, have been married since 2001 and are the proud parents of six children. They make their home in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Whatever you’re building, you don’t have to build it alone.
