Coaching

Coaching is the slow, intentional work of building wisely. It’s the room where the blueprint becomes personal — where strategy meets pastoral care, and where the next right step gets named, scheduled, and walked out. One-on-one, small group, or family — Warren works with people committed to building on purpose.

PERSONALIZED

Coaching

Drift is the enemy of destiny. Most lives are built accidentally — habits stacked on habits, decisions stacked on assumptions, structures stacked on whatever happened to be underneath. Coaching is the discipline of choosing to build on purpose. Warren helps clients identify what they’re actually building, name what needs to come down, and engineer the next intentional move forward.

Coaching Sessions

Choose the format that fits where you are: one-on-one cohorts for individuals, cohort or team coaching for groups, and family-focused engagements for households building together.
SESSIONS FOR

Individuals

One-on-one coaching for people building in a specific arena — personal, financial, vocational, ministerial, or relational. Six- or twelve-session cohorts. Bi-weekly cadence. Every cohort closes with a written personal blueprint the client can return to long after the engagement ends.

Good fit for: Pastors and ministry leaders working on personal formation, professionals in vocational transition, entrepreneurs scoping a launch, business executives and professionals, individuals walking out a major life decision.

SESSIONS FOR

Groups

Cohort coaching for ministry teams, leadership groups, peer cohorts, and business teams. Same framework, scaled for a room. Includes group sessions, individual check-ins for each member, and a team-level blueprint produced at the close.

Good fit for: Church staffs, executive teams, board cohorts, peer mastermind groups, founder collectives, faith-driven leadership groups.

SESSIONS FOR

Families

Family coaching for couples and households committed to building intentionally together. Engagements address marriage, parenting, multi-generational planning, and the structures that hold a family’s faith, finances, and future. Confidential, paced, and rooted in the conviction that a family is the most important building project a person ever takes on.

Good fit for: Engaged couples preparing for marriage, married couples in transition or repair, blended families establishing structure, multi-generational households planning legacy.

What Coaching Covers

Every engagement is custom, but coaching commonly covers:

Personal formation, identity, and calling

Marriage, parenting, and family structure

Vocational decisions, leadership transitions, and next-chapter design

Ministry health — pastoral, team, and spiritual formation

Financial stewardship, generational wealth, and legacy planning

Building or repairing a personal rule of life / weekly rhythm

Crisis decision-making with a pastoral / structural lens
